The Eastern Georgian Bay Stewardship Council has commenced a 2-year fundraising campaign to support our Spawning Habitat Rehabilitation Program. The center piece of this program is enhancement of the Moon River walleye spawning site downstream of Moon Falls planned for 2008.

We have successfully partnered with the Georgian Bay Land Trust to issue charitable tax receipts for our Canadian donors.  Unfortunately, we have been unable to secure an American partner to issue charitable tax receipts to American donors.  We will continue to search for an American partner and will update this notice as circumstances change.

We truly apologize to our American friends for this unfortunate situation. Nonetheless, we know you still share our concerns for the fishery resource and the stewardship objectives of this important program. Notwithstanding the absence of a charitable receipt, we kindly ask you to please consider a generous donation to this worthwhile program.
